Once your first estimate is complete, you can effortlessly create up to six estimates for a single job. Just hit the “Create Estimate” button again, and RoofLink does the rest.
3. Easily Compare Options
Navigate to the new Estimate Options page. Here, you’ll get a high-level overview comparing all your estimates side-by-side. Quickly compare line items, supplements, discounts, and upgrades.
4. Rename Estimates for Clarity
Want to clearly communicate value to your homeowner? You can now rename your estimates. For example: “Good,” “Better,” and “Best.” Everybody understands what they’re choosing from.
5. Send All Estimates in One Document
RoofLink simplifies the decision-making process by compiling all estimate options into a single, professional-looking Estimate Options document. Automatically generated, this document includes your branding, rep contact information, detailed breakdowns, and a clear summary page for easy customer selection.
6. Set Your Primary Estimate
Once your homeowner selects their preferred estimate, simply set it as the primary estimate in RoofLink. This step archives other estimates, moving you seamlessly forward into invoicing, ordering materials, and scheduling work.
