Welcome. Welcome, everybody. I’m Matt with RoofLink. And, today, we’re gonna be talking about some of the benefits of SalesRabbit and RoofLink.
Also, guys, there is a chat section in here. If you guys wanna answer or, excuse me, ask some questions, feel free, as I’m kinda moving through this process today. What I wanna kinda cover is just the benefits of SalesRabbit and RoofLINK together, and then also just talk a little bit about RoofLINK on its own. And, I’ve got some questions that have already come in from our webinar staff. So I’m gonna go ahead and start answering some of those.
Number one: What is, what would be considered the biggest single advantage if RoofLink was added to our workflow?
Number one, if you’re not using technology, you’re gonna get left in the past, guys. You definitely need to be using a CRM, especially in the roofing world, dealing with customers and jobs, right? RoofLink is a really good solution because it’s not just, you know, a lead entry thing. It’s not just an estimator or a measuring tool. We have all kinds of automations. You can truly run your entire business through RoofLink because we have a lot of integrations with, like, QuickBooks and other services that we’re gonna go over here in just a little bit.
Alright. So let’s get right into it, guys.
Excuse me. Alright. Let’s get right on into it, guys. This is our RoofLINK dashboard right here.
Every company gets a dashboard, right? This is a customizable dashboard. As you can see, we have different groups up here.
So before we get into a job, I’m gonna talk a little bit about these reports.
Inside of each job, you’ll see a checklist. And all you really have to do with RoofLink, with our automations and our dashboard, you really just have to do your job because our system can actually communicate to your homeowners for you. And all you’re doing is doing what you would normally do minus a lot of that communication, okay?
So when you’re working your way through a job, you’ve got scheduling to-do items, you got notes, and we can even jump over to, like, sales as an example.
And, hey. How many signed contracts do I have, and how many claims do I have filed? So you can look at all of these different reports.
You can look at your lead generation as far as lead source, like, where’s your business coming from. RoofLink allows you to track all lead sources, whether you’re using, like, Google, if you’re using Facebook ads, word-of-mouth, referral, maybe a lead gen service that you may be using.
Alright. So we got somebody saying it could be just me, but I’m not seeing a RoofLink. Okay. I’m gonna try to stop my share for just a—oh, got it fixed.
Okay. Got it. I think he sees it now. Alright. Excellent, guys.
You know, in every job, obviously, it starts with sales, okay? Sales can obviously—once you approve these jobs, they’re gonna move over into the production realm, approved job, if you will. Yeah. And just from this fifty-thousand-foot view that you see on your dashboard, you know, RoofLink’s going to be telling you, “Hey, I’ve got roofs that are scheduled, not scheduled. I have work orders that are completed versus not completed.”
And all of these tabs, again, they can be reorganized. They can be renamed. You’re not stuck with what you see here. It’s really meant to fit your needs.
We can talk about insurance supplementing and depreciation tracking, supplements.
Then we move over to our job closeout, and maybe you need to submit warranties. Maybe you need to just close some jobs. You have some jobs that are, you know, obviously not paid. I know these numbers are super inflated on my screen. This is one of my training accounts. So that’s what I use here.
Now when you go over here, we have these two little gear icons, and it is so easy, guys. You guys could come over here. You can add additional groups up here. You can reorder them.
You can remove them. You can rename them. And we also have “Save as a Template” option. So this is really cool.
Imagine you sign up with a CRM and you have ten users, right? And maybe you want everything to be uniform. You want all of your administrators to have one dashboard. You want all of your sales reps to have a certain dashboard, and maybe project managers having their own dashboard.
So what we can do is we can create multiple dashboards for different roles in your organization, and we can hit “Save as Template” like so, and it allows me to apply this dashboard to certain roles in my organization.
Okay? So whether that be a sales rep or a marketing rep, maybe I’ve got team leaders or regional sales managers, project managers, office, and admin, which would be your office and management staff. So you can actually essentially duplicate this dashboard. So you don’t have to rebuild it every single time.
Alright. So let’s talk about a couple of integrations before we get into the job. I just wanna let you guys—you know, plant the seeds, if you will.
RoofLink does have some cool integrations, and we’re gonna jump over to our profile and settings.
Okay?
And, as you can see here, we do connect with your email and calendar. So whether you’re using Outlook or Google or something of that nature or any other email and calendar service, RoofLink can actually link with that. So if you’ve got items that are on your Google Calendar, they will also transfer over to the RoofLink calendar, and vice versa. So they talk to each other in real time, so it’s really easy to stay organized.
We do integrate with CompanyCam.
However, RoofLink has a wonderful application that allows you to take photos, put them into a super-nice PDF organized inspection report. It also allows you to edit said photos to be added to that report.
Alright. So coming on down here, we’ve got—we have imported rig measurement.
So RoofLink has several different ways that you can add measurements to the system, and you’re gonna actually see me do that in real time.
If you guys just give me one brief moment. I apologize.
Okay. So RoofLink does integrate with GAF QuickMeasure, Hover, and EagleView. It’s super easy, guys. Our integrations are so easy. They’re not super complicated. You just click on them, throw your login credentials in there, and you are now connected. And this allows you to order these roof reports into your jobs.
Okay.
And, we do also have some Zapier integrations too. So if you want to bring leads from Google or Facebook or something like that, you can zap those leads into RoofLink. You can also zap things out of RoofLink as well if you wanna just keep it stored somewhere.
Alright.
So up here at the very top, we have our “Plus Lead” form. It’s the most basic way to put a lead in our system. It’s just a form. “Hey, fill it out, and you’ve got a lead. Start working that job,” right?
I prefer to put leads into the map, and this is a really cool feature, and I’m gonna show you why. So when we go to our map here—and this is something that SalesRabbit is also extremely talented at doing.
RoofLink has a direct integration with SalesRabbit.
And I’ll talk about SalesRabbit just for a second.
SalesRabbit is a great service because there are weather features that are available with SalesRabbit.
And, with that being said, you can actually circle areas on SalesRabbit.
And, with that, it’ll actually tell you, in the neighborhood, buyer propensity scores. So it actually rates each individual homeowner in the area that you selected. So it’ll say, “Hey, this person is, you know, out of a one out of ten, like, this person is an eight-point-eight, more likely to buy home services,” right? And if I’m not mistaken, I do believe SalesRabbit also can kinda track plus-minus credit scores to kinda give you that ballpark of where that homeowner is as far as a credit score.
That way you’re not just kinda blindly knocking, right? SalesRabbit’s gonna help you. It’s gonna guide you right to those more promising leads, and then you can go clean up the rest afterwards. So go after the heavy hitters first, and then you can.
It’s also gonna provide some homeowner information, okay?
Now in the RoofLink map here, we see a lot of different dots. What does all this stuff mean? Not to worry. RoofLink does come with a legend, so you can read all this.
All of your green dots are approved jobs. Purple are prospects, address or leads. Orange is denied insurance.
Blue is our favorite color: happy customer, new roof, we got paid.
And then we have deleted or unqualified. So we’ll talk about that in just a moment. So that’s what all of these different dots here actually mean.
And it also helps you to prevent double knocking, for example, right? So if I’m out knocking in this neighborhood here, I’m not gonna accidentally go and re-knock the same door. Or if I’m team knocking, for example, one of my coworkers isn’t gonna accidentally go up to that house, right?
When you’re looking at these—if I was a sales rep—keep in mind, when you’re looking at these, all sales reps will be able to see each other’s dots on the map. However, that’s as far as that view goes for that sales rep. Unless you are physically assigned to that job, the sales rep’s not gonna be able to view that job and look at commissions and profit margins and things like that, right? Completely separate.
That way there’s no issues.
So just, you know, have that peace of mind, right?
Alright.
Now one of the things that I do—and, full disclosure, guys, I still get out and sell roofs occasionally, right? I do come from a roofing background.
I’ve been the knocker. I’ve been the seller. I’ve been the project manager—and all three at the same time.
So one of the things that I do to target certain areas is I wanna know, was a neighborhood affected by weather, okay?
And, you’re gonna find a little cool feature here in just a moment of why I really like using the map, so you’ll see. So I’m gonna click on my weather cloud here, and this is showing me the last seven days’ worth of weather.
Okay. Not a lot going on. Not a big deal, but we can go all the way back to three to five years if we wanted to. And we’re gonna track hail that’s going to be, you know, half inch or larger. We’re gonna look at our wind and our tornadoes.
So as you can see here, all of our light blue, dark blue, and even the white dots—those are gonna be our wind speed indicators.
Kicks off at fifty-eight miles an hour, and it goes as high as the wind blows.
Why is that important? Well, I think we all know what starts to happen to a three-tab shingle right around sixty-five to seventy-five miles an hour. You’re gonna start getting a lot of wind damage more than likely.
Teas are going to be either funnel clouds or actual tornado touchdowns, and then all of your yellow, orange, and red will be your hail with the diameter of the hail inside the dot.
Now as we move into it, we get a little bit closer. We can look at more detailed information.
This being said, with this weather data, again, you can go back three to five years.
When you click on these, you can actually show weather at that time.
So you can kinda get a general idea of that storm.
You can kinda track that weather back and forth and maybe even see the direction of where that went. You can also save these reports as a document, okay? And it’s gonna tell you the largest hail recorded in that area, the highest wind speed, and any tornado sightings that were in that area, and it’ll actually save an image of this exact screen right here onto that report in the customer profile.
And it also gives you a date and time, which is super important, especially when we’re filing claims. So just keep that in mind. Now one thing that I do like to really show off here is if you’re really heavy into canvassing and/or door knocking, RoofLINK and SalesRabbit go hand in hand with that, right?
So you can always use SalesRabbit. I love SalesRabbit. I personally would like to use SalesRabbit to push my leads over into RoofLink, but you also have the ability to come over here, and you can assign areas, as you can see.
So you can actually circle an area, assign it to a rep, and say, “Hey. Go canvas. There was three-inch hail in this area,” okay?
So that is a feature that we have there. But let’s go ahead and turn off our weather.
One more feature I will show off is some of you may have to pull permits depending on, hey, what county I’m in, right? You come over here, and you can actually highlight the counties of where these jobs are. So you can see if I need a permit for Williamson County versus Travis County right here. Now you have that functionality.
Alright.
So let me go ahead and cut that off.
There we go.
And, now I’m just gonna jump into a neighborhood.
And, what we’ll do is we will select a house. We’ll just grab this little guy. This is why I like the map so much, right?
I don’t have to worry about misspelling customers’ names and putting the address incorrectly because all of this is county appraisal district information. So it’s gonna give you that market value, square footage of the house, how long they’ve been there, and the sale date.
So I’m gonna drop a lead status. Let’s talk a little bit about lead status. This is also something that SalesRabbit does phenomenally. You can customize lead statuses in RoofLink and/or SalesRabbit.
You come over here. Anything in gray—why is that important? We don’t want to go and knock on doors and start filling up our list of prospects with jobs that may or may not go somewhere, right? We want those more promising leads. So just to stay organized, we have these dead lead markers, and what that does is it separates them. It puts them into a separate category where you can always go back, and then you can reactivate that client in the future if you need to.
But today, we’re going to say we’re gonna schedule an inspection.
And now it will automatically drop a dot on that house, and you guys can probably imagine that this is where you just start going house to house to house, right?
Okay. I’m gonna edit, throw some customer information in here.
Not gonna worry about the cell phone today, but it is helpful to put in. And a lead source. This was not a call. And how did I hear about this? Well, I was actually out knocking on doors.
This is pretty important too because RoofLink also tracks commissions for all of your reps, and I know that some roofing companies will pay reps on self-generated leads versus company-generated leads, which makes it even easier to track in RoofLink. So you know exactly what commission you’re supposed to be paying that rep.
Alright.
Okay. Let’s go view our job. Get right on into it. This is going to be our customer profile. Now we’re gonna build a job up through here in just a moment, but one of the things that I am gonna do is—we got Terry here. If I were to go to my Prospect, let’s just say I’m not knocking doors, right? I’m not viewing every single lead every time.
When I go to my Prospects, Terry is gonna be right there at the top of the list, right? This is also if you were using SalesRabbit to put leads into the system, they’re gonna populate right here, and you can just click on this job and start working that job. Again, it is a full integration.
Alright.
Now when I’m looking at this, maybe I’m looking at verified leads or I’m waiting on people to sign pre-contracts or people that have signed, filed claims—very similar to your dashboard. RoofLink just likes to show you information just about everywhere you go so you’re not, you know, having to go really look too hard for anything, really. It’s just kind of in front of you.
Alright.
Now let’s go back to Terry here.
Here we go. And inside of each job profile, we have notes. We can go down and send emails and SMS.
We can draw roofs, measure roofs, etcetera, right? Keep in mind that everything that I’ve already done—RoofLink has a wonderful application. It’s available in the App Store.
You can jump in there and download that and use that. It allows you, again, to take pictures. It allows you to canvas and look at the weather data. You can truly run a job from start to finish in the application or the desktop version, right? And I’m talking production, everything, right? So, without further ado, let’s get—let’s get right into it.
Right? So we have a checklist down here.
And, as I’m following down to this checklist, I can send out, for example, a welcome email to go out to my homeowner, right? It’s gonna have all of my information in here. This is all data-sourced information, which means it’s not a generic email. It’s actually going to pull the homeowner’s data and the rep information into this email every time for you. So we can fire that off.
Now another thing to think about, I just sent an email, right? RoofLink has automated SMS and emails as well. You know, one of the big things that I’ve experienced in my experience with sales is the most surefire way to upset a customer is lack of communication.
When a homeowner feels that they are being left in the dark or they’re not being, you know, attended to properly, that can cause problems, right? Well, the great news is every single one of these steps in this job, not only is it tracking through our reports on that dashboard, these can also be triggers to send out automated emails and text messages.
RoofLink even has what we call cancellation triggers. So you can imagine you put this lead in, you verify them, and it sends out an email three days later that says, “Hey. How do I earn your business?” Maybe you want that email to go out three, six, nine, twelve days, right? But what happens if they sign a contract with you on day five? You probably don’t want them to continue to get that automation, so you can always actually set RoofLink automations to say, well, don’t continue to send out this email if they have signed an agreement with me, right?
So it’s gonna stop that flow of information. So you get to truly pick and choose what triggers the information to go out of the system and what stops it from going out of the system.
You can track all of your referral fees through RoofLink.
Come on down here. We can go ahead and schedule an inspection right here. And, you know, another thing that’s kinda funny is I’ve double-booked myself in the past, and I have not done that since I’ve been using RoofLink.
So it’s really awesome because what I can do is say, you know what? Let’s look at Danielle. Can she go out and do an inspection today? I can actually check that person’s schedule to see if she is, in fact, available today.
So I can come over here and say, yep, that person is available tomorrow and—oh, sorry—today, all right, at eleven AM. We’ll pick a different time there, we’ll say twelve-thirty. We can add a note in here that could say, “Hey, it’s a three-story house, bring a bigger ladder,” or “There’s a dog in the backyard, so, you know, bring some bacon or something to keep him away from you if you need to.”
You can notify the homeowner as well, and you can submit that.
And like I talked about earlier, this is now connected to your email and calendar. So not only is it scheduled in the RoofLink calendar, it’s now in your personal calendar as well.
Alright.
The inspection form—I’m gonna kinda circle back to this a little bit later on.
However, if you would like, you can always create this, and you can add photos from your device. You can pull photos in from your computer. It’s up to you. The RoofLink application allows you to take pictures right there on-site and edit those photos as well.
The inspection forms with RoofLink are also customizable.
Our system does come with inspection templates, but some companies do things a little bit different, right? You have your own processes and procedures, so you can actually create your very own inspection templates in RoofLink. We will assist with that. We will also train you on how to do that. So it’s a very, very handy feature.
Claim not filed. Maybe, you know, you did the inspection, you found hail damage, you can file a claim, okay? So we’ll go over here. We’ll select our insurance company.
And basically, what we’re doing is we’re just feeding RoofLink information, and all of this is gonna be super handy for us. So I can come on over here and put our claim number in and our deductible.
And then we come on down here, put in our policyholder name, type of loss. Again, we’re just telling a story of what’s going on. Cool thing here is you can do loss date if you have an actual loss date, but maybe you don’t. That’s something you’re gonna look up later.
You can always do a date the damage was discovered as well. So it’s not really tying you to a specific loss date. You could just say, “This is when I found it,” okay?
Alright.
So, yeah, we’re just, like, basically ripping right through this checklist, right?
We come on down here. At this point, some companies do use service agreements or precontracts, if you will. I do use them, especially when there’s a big weather event. I will definitely use contingency contracts.
And with that, whether you’re walking around with hard copies and a pen and paper, that’s totally fine. You can upload a hard copy, or we can import a template.
And with that being said, I can create this precontract or this contingency agreement right here. I can also attach the PDF of the inspection as well, and then I can also provide company documents, like a “Who We Are” statement, and an additional document maybe about products that you sell. And this could be packaged all into the same email that’s gonna be sent out.
And RoofLINK is always gonna give you just kinda little hints on what’s next. RoofLINK says, “Hey. Go check your documents in ten to fifteen seconds.”
No problem. Let’s check it out.
And, again, I can’t stress this enough: everything that I’m doing here, you can do it in the field from your phone or tablet on the app, okay?
And through RoofLink data sourcing, as you can see right here, it says, “Hey, there’s your claim number, your insurance, you’re responsible for your deductible and upgrades, and this is null and void if the roof is denied by the insurance.”
And RoofLink signing is pretty wild. I love it. You can come over here and enable these signatures.
And, again, we do not charge to sign, so you can sign as many contracts as you want. There’s no additional fee for signing.
Okay? And, guys, hey, don’t be shy. If you guys got questions, throw them right there in that chat. I’m more than happy to answer. I can jump around a little bit too if you guys need me to.
Now the homeowner can either sign via email, similar to a DocuSign, or they can go over here—you as a rep or a salesperson—you can actually click on the homeowner’s name on your device or your tablet or your computer, you can then pass that device over to them, and they can sign with you in person, right?
Another great security feature of RoofLink is RoofLink actually keeps track of the city, state, ZIP code, latitude, longitude, and the IP address of where that document was signed, right? So it’s very secure, and you can prove without a doubt that somebody did, in fact, sign that agreement.
Okay.
Alright.
So back to our overview.
Okay. We’re gonna pretend we got that signed, but these do populate with a color as soon as they are, in fact, completed.
The adjuster meeting works very, very similar to the inspection schedule. You jump on over here. You say, “Okay, when is it gonna be our… we’re gonna schedule it. Let’s see here, when are they gonna be there? They’re gonna be there Thursday.”
Okay. And, actually, I’m just gonna go ahead and skip over that step. I think it’s pretty easy there.
At this point, we can upload our insurance scope if we didn’t receive it. Sometimes you have to wait for that, right, after the adjuster meeting.
But the next step here is, as you can see, we’re really just working our way through this checklist. Now you have the ability to create from scratch, and that’s just a quick, easy way to do an estimate right on the spot. But keep in mind, there’s not gonna be as much automation with that. So we do prefer that you add measurements and utilize RoofLink’s automations.
So creating scratch—I do it all the time when I’m running up, like, a small repair, okay?
But let’s give it—let’s do some measurements, right? So let’s talk about that.
In our measurement tab, you guys see that I have GAF QuickMeasure and Hover integrated into my account, and it’s just this easy. I can purchase a new report.
Or if I’ve already purchased a report in the past on this property, I can actually pull that document into this profile. And not only does it give you an automatic measurement, it’s also going to take that PDF document, the report that you would normally get in an email, it’ll dump it into the documents tab of this customer profile, and then the rest is automation, right? So you have that, or we can draw up a roof, alright? So here’s our roof right here.
Here on the desktop version, I can go, and if there is a street view available, I can turn around and I can look at these homes. Some of these houses are gonna be blurred out for privacy—that’s just a law that’s out there—but in most cases, you’re gonna be able to look at these properties, and you can kinda run up and down the street here and take a look, if you will. So as you can see, that blurred feature doesn’t work as good as some people might think it does if you can just go down the street. But a big reason I would use this—not that I like to guess, but I do work with a lot of realtors, and they’re constantly asking for estimates.
Those estimates don’t always go anywhere, right? So I don’t necessarily wanna have to get in my truck and drive across town to go look at this house if they’re just looking for a replacement estimate as maybe a bargaining chip during a sale. So a lot of times I can look at this and say, “Yep, okay, that right there, that’s probably a good little ten, eleven, twelve right there.”
I can run up and down the street. I can look at the sides of the houses, and this tells me, “Okay, look at that. There’s metal. We got ridge vent. I know we’ve got five-fifty circle vents up there. We got some furnace caps.” You can kinda start looking at the different accessories on the roof, right?
Alright.
So we’re gonna create our building here. We’re gonna jump right down into it, and I’m gonna measure our house.
There we go.
Super easy. And I absolutely love the RoofLink measuring because I don’t have to wait hours or even a day for a roof report to come back. I could just get it right here, right now. RoofLink allows you to sign at the door on the spot, okay?
And, we’re gonna talk a little bit more about that when we get into our estimator. Some of the frustrations that roofers deal with in the field is they—give me a big crowd, you know, they don’t wanna necessarily give you that insurance information. That’s okay. RoofLink helps you trip right over that hump. No problem, okay?
So we’ll hit finish there.
We’ll select our waste factor and our roof pitch. This house is semi cut up, so I’d probably go with at least a twelve-point-five percent waste factor on that.
Here we are. And, great thing here, guys, the name of the game is: if you see it, draw it, right? So I’ll go ahead and drop this roof real quick.
We’re gonna add our ridges here and here and here with this little guy back here. And one of the things that a lot of people don’t realize that’s actually happening right now on RoofLink is RoofLink has already got some stuff going on in the background. RoofLink is already calculating exactly how much ice and water shield I need. It’s calculating my hip and ridge, and my starter, and my drip edge, and my underlayment, and my nails, all of that, and even the field shingles, all of that is being calculated just based on what I’m doing here.
There we are, okay. We have a valley tool here so we can measure out some of our ice and water.
And RoofLink has actually got some really cool features when it comes to our roof templates, and I’ll see if I can talk a little bit more about that here in just a bit.
But keep in mind, those roof templates are extremely customizable. Here in the state of Texas where I do my roofing, I’m only required to put ice and water in the valleys, but if you’re in a northern state or maybe a coastal area, your code might require that you do three to six feet of ice and water up the eaves and things of that nature. That’s not an issue at all, guys. Those roof templates are customizable to automate the process and give you everything that you need to put that roof on, and also keeps you code compliant as well.
Alright.
And RoofLink is set up so we can add gutters to this if we wanted to. You have a whole accessory library. I call this our accessory Google, if you will, is what I like to call it. So if I’m looking for, you know, “three in ones,” I can search “three in one,” drop those on the property as I need, and I can very easily switch over to that and say, “You know what? I need a box fan.”
Okay, boom. Just like that, I’m at it. RoofLink also allows you to grab this pitch shield.
And if this house was multi pitch, you can do different pitches on the house because we all know that, one, insurance is going to pay you additional funds for that steep charge, and, two, our crew is definitely gonna charge us for that steep charge, right? So we actually get to automate that. And let me go ahead and just add one of these on here.
We’re gonna call it a twelve-twelve and create that little spot.
Here we go.
And we’ll say that section of the roof is at a twelve-twelve pitch. And now RoofLink’s gonna calculate that exact amount of squares, put it on my estimate and my work order, okay?
And then, we do have individual even/rate tools as well in case you have dormers or rake-overs and things like that.
Ridge vent, too easy. Jump on over here and you throw in the ridge vents.
And then as we work our way down, I can do flashing, step flashing, etcetera. And then I’ve even got two-story tools. I do know that this entire house is a two-story, so I’m just gonna label an entire building. If not, I can draw it. Maybe you have an offset, one-story garage/two-story house scenario. In that case, you could just simply draw out the two-story squares that are on the actual house.
So there it is. RoofLink also allows you guys to create multiple structures out there. So, if you got a pool house or a detached garage or something like that, maybe even a shed that matches the house… I’ve even roofed a dog house before. That’s true. Absolutely, right? So then I’ve drawn the little dog house on the map, and I was able to go out there and reroof the dog’s house.
Alright.
Now RoofLink has already automatically saved this, but one thing I am gonna do is I’m gonna save it because RoofLink will generate a report based off of your measurements. So you get to be your own measuring service, if you will.
So let’s see here. Arthur has a question: “Can you give limited job file access to a sub, for example, so they can upload?”
Yes, absolutely.
RoofLink does have an additional feature for crews that allows that crew to log in. I believe it’s around thirty dollars a month per crew, so it’s not, you know, not too bad. That allows that crew to go into a job, upload photos, add notes, and view their calendars and work orders.
And what that does for them—it does not give them access to look at your profits or how much you’re paying for your materials.
They have very, very limited access. Again, they can only upload photos, add notes, view their calendars, and look at the work orders that you have scheduled them.
Alright.
Oh, guys, I’m loving this. Keep those questions coming in. I love it. I love it. Thank you, Arthur.
So, I have a question: “Since I’m already with SalesRabbit, do I automatically have access to RoofLink, or do I have to have a membership with RoofLink?”
Yes. So you would wanna reach out to SalesRabbit, and they can hook you up with RoofLink. And they can also hook you up with a demo as well, and they can walk you right through that. But, again, since you’re a SalesRabbit customer, yes, the answer is yes. You don’t have automatic access, but we can set up access and definitely make you a SalesRabbit/RoofLink client altogether. So I think you would absolutely love it.
Alright. So let’s jump on over here.
And let’s see here. We have our roof report right there. So there’s our nice image with your company logo, all of your mounts with and without waste. You got your tear-off and install along with the accessories we added to that.
And I got another one coming in over here: “How do we access measurements on the mobile app?”
Pretty simply put, guys: add a lead, so you would go to the map or the lead function in the application, you would add that lead, and as soon as you add that lead, you hit “View Lead,” and then you’ll scroll down through that profile, and you will actually see “Measurements” and “Drawing” on that customer profile.
And if you’re maybe referring to a third-party measurement, you would click on the “Measurements” box, and you would hit “Create Measurement.” If you are integrated with one of the third parties, you’ll actually see that option to order from in the app as well. So you can order your EagleViews here or on the app. Again, I can’t stress it enough.
Everything that I’m doing here can absolutely be done through the app, right? It’s perfect for sales reps in the field. Sales reps really like it.
We get compliments quite often on the ease of use of it.
Okay.
So we’ll come on down here. We haven’t created an estimate yet. So how do we do that? I’m gonna create my drawing.
And with that being said, we’re gonna come on over here, we’re gonna select our roof template from our supplier, and we’re going to just watch it happen real time, right? RoofLink is now automating my estimate, my material order, and my work order with my real cost, right?
You’re going to have your real material cost and your real labor cost in here. So, again, whether you’re doing retail to a “Give me a bid” crowd or if you are going to match insurance proceeds, you’re gonna know your profit margins right off the rip, right?
So one thing that I always do before I go into estimating, guys, I always like to look at my materials. It’s personal preference. You don’t have to do it. But you jump over here, RoofLink is going to give you the quantities and price of everything you need, down to the very last nail, to put this roof on, okay? And when this job does get approved, we can send it straight to the supplier to have it delivered.
We’ll go back here. Another cool feature—I should have added gutters to that drawing—but if I did add gutters to it, it will actually separate all of my work orders by trade, right? That way I’m not accidentally scheduling the roofer to go do some gutters or something like that. And we also wanna keep them separate too. So it’ll always separate your work orders by trade.
And then here is—because of the measurement I did, I gave it that 8/12, that two-story, and that 12/12 steep charge. So now it’s gonna auto-calculate my entire work order, if you will.
Some companies may or may not pay to have starter shingles installed. That’s totally okay. These work orders are customizable. All products in RoofLink—you guys really truly get to pick where they show up, whether they show up on a material order, a work order, and an estimate, or maybe just a work order and an estimate. So those are options that are out there.
And, again, this can be sent directly to your crew as well.
We jump over onto our estimator here.
Alright.
And now we’ve got work doing. We’ve got four lines that just automatically added themselves here based on my measurement, right? So a couple quick things: you can absolutely add line items here. You can also invent products on the fly if they don’t exist.
You know, maybe you’re brand new to RoofLink and you haven’t sold a solar-powered attic fan quite yet, right, and you’re new to RoofLink. “Oh, no! I’m in the field. I wanna sell it.” Too easy. Add a product. You can add it right here, and it’ll actually add it to your product library.
So you’re not adding over and over and over again; it will actually be in your product library at that point. So we’ll select our first line item here. And full disclosure with RoofLink, you know, we have a specialized document.
So you can do—if you wanna do shingles, underlayment, ice and water, drip edge, nails—if you really want that true line-item estimate, especially for insurance reasons, we have that capability. Again, you get to pick what appears on the estimate and what does not appear on the estimate. And with our specialized documentation, we can either do quantities and price of each line item, or we can just give them a solid price at the bottom with all of the line items laid out.
So we’ll go ahead and select our shingle color, and super easy. Let’s just say we’re gonna match insurance proceeds today. Insurance says they’re paying out eighteen-thousand five-hundred dollars, and they have a recoverable depreciation of twenty-seven-fifty, and that will produce my ACV amount right there.
Okay. And then, essentially, it would just match, match, and match, and match.
Now let’s pretend for just a quick moment that—well, actually, let’s just go and just add a line item real quick. Let’s say we’re going to add some gutters. And what I’m kinda doing here is I wanna just—hey, this happens to a lot of people, right?
Homeowners don’t always want to do everything on the scope of loss, right? So we’re gonna say we got a hundred-and-fifty-five feet of gutters at nine dollars a foot, and we can put a note in there and create.
So now that I’ve created that gutter line item, time and time again I’m talking to a homeowner, and they say, “You know, Matt, I don’t wanna do the gutters. I would like to apply those funds somewhere else,” right? Or “I’ve got a gutter guy, I’m gonna call him on my own.” Obviously, if we’re not doing that work, we can’t collect it.
So I just simply convert it to “Work Not Doing.” It’s still there; I know it’s on the scope, but I’m not physically doing that work, okay?
Also, RoofLink is phenomenal at pre- and post-supplements, right? So I can jump right in here and add a supplement as I need.
One goofy thing I’ve been running into lately with—not gonna mention the insurance company’s name—is they have not put drip edge on my scope of loss in forever, right? So I could say, “Okay, I’m looking for a certain trade,” or I can say, “I need a new drip edge.”
I come over here and say I need thirty-five sticks, and I’m gonna shoot for the stars and ask for twenty-five dollars a stick. And, like any good supplementer—Arthur, you might be right—so… and there’s another one that rhymes with “All State Champions,” if you will. So if you jump on in here, like any good supplementer, you’re absolutely going to put your note in here.
“Hey, it’s code in this area,” or “Maybe there is drip edge on the house and you just forgot about it.” That’s when we’re gonna add our supplement. And the beautiful thing about our supplement lines—and let me just hit a little refresh on this real quick.
We’ll jump over here. It’s gonna refresh for me. When you add a supplement, nobody in the history of ever has ever gotten a supplement approved unless you had a photo, right? So the great news is… hold on a second. I’m missing it. Where’d it go?
I guess it didn’t take. Let me try that one more time. Yes, I apologize.
“Drip edge. Thirty-five sticks at twenty-five dollars a stick.” There we go. Create that line item there. There is our supplement.
You can add photos right there, guys. So everything that we’re doing right here, we’re actually gonna generate documentation for it all here in a moment, but this allows you to add photos right there, so you can get that supplement approved. So you can go around the house, take the pictures. Or if you’ve already taken the pictures, you can pull from the photo library and add it to the supplement here.
Alright.
Upgrades and discounts and change orders. Let’s talk about it. So let’s open all these guys up.
Full disclosure—and just so you guys understand, it’s not a big deal—upgrades, discounts, and change orders will never show up on insurance invoicing. This is between you and the customer, okay? So I’m not gonna beat on these too hard. Pretty obvious. You can add upgrades and discounts for that homeowner, and you can also perform change orders as well.
Now if you’re lucky enough to get overhead and profit, right there is where you’re gonna input that. And then you come on down here, and I see a question—I’ll get you right there.
We have our customer contract—talks about customer out of pocket, etcetera, right? And I actually know my real material and my real labor cost, so I know that if I accept the insurance deal, I’m gonna make a thirty-two-percent profit right here. I know that, okay?
Also keep in mind there’s another expense tab. This allows you to snap pictures of receipts and add other expenses. You had to tank a gas. You had to run out and get a new nail gun, or you had to go get some accessories from the store.
You can always come back and add those expenses, and they’ll come out of the overall job.
And then, right here, here’s where it gets interesting, right? Sometimes a homeowner is gonna say, “I’m not going to give you my insurance paperwork. Give me a bid.”
Okay, homeowner. I’m going to say, “Perfect. I wanna make fifty-percent profit margin on this job.” And when I update that, you will see that it auto-updates my contract amount to show me exactly what I need to charge to make that exact profit.
So why is this super handy? So for the business owners here in the room, you’ve probably had a sales rep like me about seven years ago when I was brand new. I probably did a lot more damage than I did good because I would forget to count accessories, or I didn’t understand really how to properly bid a job. You don’t even have to do math, right? As long as your material and labor is up to date, you can’t—your profit. You can select the profit margin right there. So there you have it right there, guys.
And, down here, obviously, we could set our payments all we want. We can add additional payments, and we can change those payments.
Now up here near the top, we have an export key here. This is gonna take care of all your insurance invoicing, your customer invoicing, and, yes, you can even invoice as you go. So if you’ve got roofing and gutters and garage door, you can actually invoice and get paid for the work that is physically completed, and you can invoice on completed items.
But we’re gonna save our contract here, and we’re going to do our insurance packet right there. And this is the same area I would do and grab, like, that supplement form and all that, but we’re not gonna do that today.
Jump over to Documents.
Alright. Now I know I’ve just been talking nonstop, right? This actually goes a lot faster when you’re doing it—when you’re trained and you’re doing it on your own. But just imagine this, guys: you walk up to a house, you talk to that homeowner, you perform an inspection, okay? Homeowner says, “Give me a bid.”
Okay, no problem. That can be done in a matter of minutes. Obviously, everybody’s gonna take their time on inspection—some inspections may take twenty minutes, some may take an hour, just depending.
If it’s July, I try to get up and down as quick as possible. But this allows me to get this bid, boom, to the customer at the door. I’m not worried about another roofer coming in behind me, right?
I’m sure we’ve all lived in a world, at one point in time, where we’ve told homeowners, “Hey, I’m gonna get you that bid first thing in the morning,” or “I’m gonna get you that bid as soon as I get home or back to the office, I’ll get it out to you.” And then how many times have you called or gotten a message back from the homeowner saying, “Oh, no, thank you. Sorry, I went with another company,” right? Because you weren’t able to do it at the door. RoofLink allows you to seal the deal at the door. Quit losing deals, right?
That’s what’s so great about this.
There’s my line items, my one-price payments, and RoofLink will give you all of these documents here. Every RoofLink account comes with these electronic documents already in them. So that being said, you can bring your own documentation to RoofLink, and we can make those documents electronic, or you can use ours. So it’s the best of both worlds.
And, let’s head on over here.
Let’s talk a little bit about payments for a moment here.
Depending on how you have your account set up, we have the ability to take ACH, we have the ability to take credit card payments. We can also just say we picked up a check, right?
And we also have invoicing options to where I can apply funds to certain line items. Because maybe the homeowner says, “Hey, here’s ten-thousand for the roof.” Sweet. I can take that ten-thousand, and I can apply it to just that roof line, okay? And then I can apply another thirty-five-hundred dollars just to the gutters. So you get some really, really cool and interesting payments.
Alright.
Now this job right here, as soon as a rep would have submitted this job, somebody in your company—a manager or something like that—would get involved at that point. So I’m gonna stop right here for a moment and approve this job. This is now going to be in our production side. So it’ll be in our approved job section here, and that is where you would actually go.
Yeah. Let’s see here.
Submit it here.
Give me one second, guys, I look at something here.
Give myself a little refresh here.
It’ll give us our job checklist is what’s gonna be next. So we’re now in production, right? This list is also customizable, guys.
Maybe you have a little bit different of a flow, but I do wanna tell you this, guys, a little bit about RoofLink. RoofLink was designed by a roofer, right? He—Jake Bryden is his name—he started roofing a long time ago. But basically, what he was doing was he had, like, thirty people in his office, and he had, like, sixty or seventy sales reps in the field. And he was making all this money, but he was giving it back in salaries when slow seasons came around, right?
So he came up with this list, and this process right here is a proven process. I’ve been using it for years. So we do give you a great process right out of the box.
I’m talking day-one right here, okay? So you have day-one capabilities.
There’s a little bit of questions I’m gonna get to over here. So “Can you get your suppliers to update price lists on their end, or do we need to do it ourselves?”
Best of both worlds. So, currently, we’re working on a supplier integration—should be around sometime soon. Don’t wanna promise you, but it is coming soon.
And, but as of right now, you can keep those prices updated. Updating prices in RoofLink, by the way, super easy. It’s not a complicated process. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to do it.
It’s really ease of use.
So, again, you can customize this checklist, and a lot of times, you can even control the action item of the checklist, whether it’s a scheduling step or an uploading step or something like that.
Now for those of you that, like, geek out on reports, these reports right here—sure, we’ve got probably a hundred and fifty different options to choose from, but let me plant the seed with you today: RoofLink has custom reports.
Any data that’s floating around in your RoofLink system, we can build that into a report just the way you want it. So if you wanna see certain information—I’ve had people out there that just say, “Hey, Matt, I want a report that just says what are all the different addresses that I put what brand of shingle on and what color shingle did I put on that roof?” right?
Why is that helpful? You might be talking to a homeowner like, “Oh, I wonder if a Duration Onyx Black would look good on my roof.” And they could say, “Oh, you know what, actually yeah, look at that. I did a house two blocks over, actually, just last week. If you wanna drive by, take a look, or I could show you some pictures right here on that particular job.” So super helpful.
Custom reports are amazing.
“Can I download all the data into a CSV too in case I want to run my own reports outside?” Absolutely, brother. So anytime you see this little blue download arrow right here, it means that you can download it. And I can even go over to, like, my adjusters’ meetings, for example, and I’m gonna have that same blue arrow. It even gets a step further—and, Arthur, I’m really glad you brought that up. There’s something that just really burns me when I hear about other CRMs.
Some companies or some CRMs, they do not make getting your information out of that CRM very easy.
And that’s just not fair. That’s your data. RoofLink’s never gonna hold on to that. We make it so easy. I can hit that download arrow, download all this information.
Not only that, I could come over here to my Prospects page, and I can download, again, all of my prospects.
I can also download all of my job info as well.
Okay?
Now, again, I talked about automated emails and text messages, but let’s say some of these clients—maybe we went out, we did the inspection, it just wasn’t enough damage, right? It’s almost there, right? If another storm comes through, I can quite literally filter by ZIP code and also lead source or lead status, excuse me, that would say “Insurance Denied.” And I can turn around, and I can have a pre-made template, and I can send out an SMS, or I can fire off an email template to all of these customers saying, “Hey, I’m Matt, your super cool roofer. You have experienced another weather event in your area. Let me come back out and re-inspect that roof. It might be enough damage to get that roof replaced,” right?
So now you’re mass-communicating with all of your prospects. You can also mass-communicate with, you know, all of your previous jobs or even closed jobs. Maybe you wanna send out a holiday email or something. Totally doable, guys.
And every time you close a job, everything that you put into that job is saved forever and always, and we don’t charge for photo hosting. So go crazy. Upload as many pictures as you want.
Now this is one version of RoofLink right here.
A lot of people like this. However, we do have another feature over here.
It’s a different UI—user interface.
So maybe you just like maybe this more boxy style. There’s a lot of benefits to this. You know, I’ve got my Nearby Jobs. This shows me all of my jobs that are within my radius or near me, Recently Accessed Jobs, your Star Jobs.
And, guys, by the way, no more letting jobs slip through the cracks. RoofLink has a lot of processes and procedures and reports in place that will actually start screaming at you and say, “Hey, you haven’t touched this job in three days or seven days,” right?
So it’s gonna keep you in tune with that. Or if you’ve got a team of sales reps and you got a guy that’s just not great at following up, at least you’re going to know about it so you can follow up or tell the rep to follow up, right? So you’re not gonna lose business just because you forgot about it.
RoofLink’s gonna tell you all about it.
We come down here. We’ve got Reports. We’ve got Statistics—lead sources, sales pipelines. I can click on these and view those jobs in these statuses.
I come down here.
I can do this month or all time, okay? “How much work am I doing? How much of it’s retail versus insurance?” etcetera, sales trends, and sales pipelines, okay?
We have leaderboards as well that will also track employee sales.
So, like, when I jump back over here and go to my leaderboard, for example, okay, and I could say John Doe and Sarah—they’ve been out there getting jobs approved, and this much, I can look at marketing or—sorry, let’s go look at our Weekly, and it’s gonna tell me my gross and profit, who’s doing what, okay? And, again, this is an option. You don’t have to have it.
A question came in a little off-topic here: “What email address are the automated emails or texts being sent from RoofLINK?”
So it is a—it’s gonna be coming from your email, and the responses will go back to your inbox as well. There is a— the 903 area code, I believe, is the number the text comes from. However, those texts will come back to your phone. So you can actually go back and forth, and text messages will be recorded in the customer profile under SMS. You’ll actually see those sent out in those responses as well.
Alright.
Now I kinda wanna jump back a little bit.
So right as we’ve started this call, there’s just—and I’m gonna wrap up, guys, we’re almost done—there’s some questions that came in beforehand that I just wanna kinda get out of the way here. So, “What would be considered the biggest single advantage if RoofLink was added to our workflow?”
It is an awesome, awesome thing to have, right? You do have to go through an onboarding process with RoofLink where we’re going to build your account. We’re gonna customize it with you, of course.
The way that works is you send us all your information, we build the account, we then deliver to you a working account. And then from there, RoofLink offers training hours—one-on-one training hours—that you get to jump into with a trainer and say, “Hey, Matt, I do like RoofLink, I do like your process, but we do things just a little bit different. I wanna move some checklist items around. I wanna take away some permissions, and I wanna set up automated emails and text messages.”
We’re gonna help you through that. And, not only that, but we have a very, very comprehensive training site that you guys can use as well. And, we’re a very transparent company, okay?
This is so awesome because right here, you see that our customers actually come in here, and they talk back and forth with each other, kinda like Facebook, if you will, right? And we can even jump over here to our classroom.
And every time you hire a new rep, you’re like, “Oh, man, I gotta sit down and show the rep how to use this.” Don’t worry about it, guys. We have quite literally right here—I’ve got the full app training ready to go.
I’ve got tons of content that’s gonna make you a roofing expert as long as you jump on here. We got a fountain of knowledge. So we have daily live training or Q&A. So every day, Monday through Friday, we’re running a live event that anyone can join and come in.
Number two, we have our training here. You can go through all this module-based training at your own pace. And, yes, we can even track that as well. So if you hire any rep and you call me and you say, “Matt, how’s he doing with his training?” I can tell you how much of it he’s completed.
And when you jump over here, we also have our enterprise admin training, which is all about account customization and things of that nature.
And we also have some SalesRabbit training down here as well. “Is there going to be server upgrades in the future? Photos and field service take forever to upload and download?” Let me reread that one more time: “Is there going to be server upgrades in the future? Photos and field services take forever to upload and download.”
We are constantly and constantly monitoring and updating our servers right there. So yes, the answer is yes to that.
Alright.
Let’s jump back over here.
Okay. Now a couple of features that I did fail to mention is here we have Company Docs. You get a share drive with every account.
You can enter all of your crews. We don’t charge for crews. You can have as many crews as you want there. The only thing you’re gonna pay for is potentially crew logins if you want them to have that.
Customizable checklist, roof templates—you can sell standing seam roofs, you can sell shingles, EPDM, TPO. We’ve got templates for all of that already created, and we can also get with you and customize it a little bit if you need to. We also integrate with Stripe and QuickBooks and Nearmap. Let’s talk a little bit about QuickBooks real quick, right?
A CRM’s gonna be the best thing in the world, but if your accountant’s not happy, we’re gonna have some issues, right? So the great news about QuickBooks is when we add these integrations, you actually get to pick and choose how jobs are displayed in QuickBooks. You get to pick and choose when jobs actually go to QuickBooks—like material orders, work orders, and estimates. You get to choose the milestone that has to take place in order for that to go to QuickBooks. And the best part about it all is RoofLink and QuickBooks talk to each other in real time. Maybe your accountant just does not like to invoice in QuickBooks, and they love the RoofLink way—or the other way around.
If you do one thing in one system, both systems are going to update each other in real time.
So that’s super awesome. And that’s everything from your commissions, your payments, your crews, your materials, your estimating invoices—it’s all there for you, okay?
Alright.
Now another one here. So we just got a couple minutes left, guys. I’m gonna get through these questions here and make sure there’s no more in this. Okay. Here we go.
Alright.
“Are there any unexpected challenges that users commonly experience when starting with RoofLink?” The answer to that is yes, of course, guys. You know, number one, change, right? Change is change, and sometimes it’s not easy. You know, definitely, when you get into a CRM, you’re definitely gonna need to spend a little time learning how to use it and implementing it with your team.
I would just say sometimes, you know, you might start your CRM today, and then you get three-inch hail, you know, across the whole city. You might be a little busy, focused on that. But just remember, you always gotta carve out some time to work with RoofLink to get that experience.
Okay.
“What kind of time frame is typical before seeing real benefits with RoofLink?” Great question.
It is instantaneous, okay? Just because you’re going through your onboarding doesn’t mean you can’t log in and start building jobs and collecting information and putting leads in and taking pictures and reports and getting contracts on. Those are day-one features—I mean, day-one features. As soon as you get your login, you’re off to the races.
What separates RoofLINK from CRMs like JobNimbus or RoofR?
Excellent question, you know? And, to be honest with you, like, RoofR, for example—not knocking them, I’m sure they’re a great service—but RoofLink is a lot more robust, and we track a lot more information.
We don’t charge for our self-drawing tool, for example. I believe that RoofR is gonna charge you every time you just wanna draw a roof, and, you know, to us, that’s crazy. We’re like, it’s a feature. Why would we charge you to use a feature?
All the features that I’ve shown you here today, you’re not paying extra for any of that, guys. It’s simple. It’s as simple as that. You pay your bill one time—well, sorry, monthly—but you get access to all of these features here, okay?
And we’ve got a few more questions to knock out. Let’s see here.
Okay.
“Could you provide some details about the kind of support RoofLink offers?” We have wonderful support. We have an entire support staff. We have document specialists. You can come over here and chat with us right here in real time during business hours.
Oops, sorry, there. You could chat with us, and that’s not outsourced to some place, okay? This gives you the ability to chat with a live person here in our office in central Texas.
A lot of times, you’ll be talking to me on here or somebody back there. We have an email that you can send stuff to if you need to. We also have a number that you can call as well, along with our training site. Again, we’ve got a fountain of knowledge and a lot of support to help you guys through any of those things, okay?
Alright.
Couple more things. Let’s see here. “Can you help us identify areas where we are considering losing money? Yeah, guys, absolutely.”
Tell you a quick story.
One of my clients that I worked with a couple years ago, I saw him out in town, and he said something to me that I’ll never forget. He said, “You know, man, I’ve never paid my RoofLink bill a day in my life.” And I said, “How have you never paid your bill? You’ve been a customer for two years.”
He says, “Well, I used to spend eighteen-thousand dollars a year on EagleViews, and my RoofLink bill is a fraction of that, and I don’t have to order these third-party roof reports. I just taught all my guys how to be perfect roof drawers,” and he saved all that money. It’s crazy, right?
So that’s one of the costing things there: you’re not having to, you know, have seven different applications that you need to get the job done. RoofLink has your picture taking, your lead generation, your weather. It’s got your estimating, your invoicing, and, again, estimating job closeout. It’s got your material orders, your work orders, suppliers, etcetera, all of your commissions, your QuickBooks integration, all of that stuff. Traditionally, in the past, roofers had to have, like, five to seven to sometimes twelve different softwares to get the job done. I can barely remember my password on my phone, let alone having to log in to all these different apps. So it’s a one-stop shop. It’s in one spot.
Alright.
So “What are some best practices for a smooth transition to RoofLink?” Oh, I love this, right? So I’m the RoofLink trainer, right? I do a lot of implementation.
When you are a business owner and you sign up for a CRM, it is super important to follow the exact process that’s provided to you by that CRM. It’s there for a reason because that is the smoothest and best transition. We’re gonna guide you every—we’re gonna give you a checklist and say, “We need this, this, and this to get you going,” and we’re always gonna keep you informed on that. I do recommend, as a business owner, lead the charge, right? Communicate with us, stay on top of it, or maybe your right-hand man or you have an office manager or somebody that’s gonna stay on track of that. We need a point of contact at your company. And as long as we have an open line of communication, it’s gonna go great.
“Can RoofLink help us identify where to sell that? What specific metrics does RoofLink provide?” We just talked about that through the reports. So it’s tracking all of your accounting information, your commissions, your lead sources, where your business is coming from, dollar amounts, profit margins.
We track it all. We really do track it all.
Okay.
Now last part here is: learn how to use RoofLink efficiently to selling process. Selling process is great. We have our reps. Hundred percent RoofLink options. Sales rep, but we talked about that. So good to go, okay. Alright.
I’ll take any last questions, guys. And we do have to close it up here. “Can you please reach out to me?” Yes, Arthur, I will absolutely reach out to you. Let me just collect this information right here.
Perfect.
“We’re looking to change from JobNimbus and just deciding between RoofLink and RoofR.”
Yes. Absolutely reach out to us. I do encourage you to absolutely demo with the CRMs of your choosing, but definitely, definitely demo with them and demo with us, and you will see the true difference.
“How much time do you have to calculate for switching from JobNimbus to RoofLink?” That depends on your company size.
You know, whether you’re a smaller company or a larger company, I would say ten to fourteen days. And if you really get your head in the game, you’ll be able to learn RoofLink pretty quick. So it could be thirty days, roughly. It would be probably on the longer end, really, as long as we stick to the process as far as onboarding and training.
Alright, guys.
Arthur, I have your information, so we’re gonna reach out to you soon. And for everybody else, thank you so much for joining today’s cast, if you will. We do plan on doing this every here and there. So thank you so much, and you guys have a wonderful day. And we’ll see you next.
